Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
  • Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
  • Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.

The successful applicant will:

  • Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards
  • Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade
  • Hands on approach in your leadership and management
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company
