Reports to
the Financial Planning and Management Reporting Manager with the responsibility
of providing financial insights, reliable data and analysis to be used in
decision-making and planning.
Responsibilities:
Provide FP&A support finance support to the accounting team related to
productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject expert to provide additional insights
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively
identifying opportunities for improvement
Specifically:
Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Creates variance analysis reports and financial models
Leads real time financial performance monitoring
Escalates any financial issues to management
Sets and tracks key performance indicators and objectives
Completes market research and comparable company analysis
Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers
Uses popular financial planning and analysis software
Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional
teams at all levels of the organization.

Experience in developing financial reports and metrics

Education and Experience Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related major or
equivalent professional experience is required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) are preferred
Must have at least 2 years of financial planning experience or more than three years of
experience in Accounting or related area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
