Assistant Manager (Gentlemen Barbershop)

Indian-style Gentlemen Barbershop with expansion plans looking to hire assistant manager barber with the followings :-

• Hiring only experienced, responsibile and trustworthy candidates.
• Required to have existing clients able to generate 10K sales monthly.
• Know the entire operations of barber business and also possess cutting skills to teach and guide other junior staff.
• Basic Salary + AWS & Bonus + Employee Benefits.
• 14 Days Annual Leave.
• 6 days work per week.
• Required to work on weekends, public holidays and at night time.
• Operating 10:00 am - 10:00 pm daily (with lunch, tea and dinner breaks in between).
• Ability to speak multiple languages English/Tamil/Malay/Mandarin due to clientele base.

Job scope includes :-

• Hair cutting, shaving and washing.
• Hair coloring and styling.
• Hair and scalp treatments.
• Beard and moustache trimming / shaving.
• Head, shoulder and upper back massage.
• Maintaining stock inventory according to needs.
• Payment collection from customers.
• Housekeeping of shop.
• Advertising, promoting and marketing of company.
• Guiding other junior staff to improve on their skills.
