Assistant Manager - Special Projects

Job Title: Special Projects – Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The Special Projects – Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and supporting strategic marketing initiatives, brand activations, product launches, market research, and cross-functional special projects that contribute to business growth and brand development. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, Trade Marketing, and external partners to ensure successful project execution aligned with company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned special marketing projects from planning to execution.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate product launches, events, trade activities, and brand activations.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights gathering.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and external agencies for project implementation.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance evaluations.
  • Support digital marketing, social media, and brand communication initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and activities.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or related role.
  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or poultry industry is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling cross-functional or corporate special projects.
  • Background in trade marketing, digital marketing, or brand activation.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
