Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Onsite/Cebu

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily business operations and ensure the achievement of operational goals. The ideal candidate will assist in managing teams, monitoring performance metrics, improving workflows, and maintaining excellent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
• Supervise and support Team Leaders and front-line employees to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs, attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Help develop and implement process improvements and operational strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to business performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Operations Manager, Senior Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales or client-facing experience is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, SOP creation, and phone systems is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift schedule.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
