Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising scaffolding projects.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards on site.
- Handle documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Support in resolving on-site issues and ensuring timely completion of works.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for equipment and material delivery.
- Ensure all scaffolding works comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in scaffolding or construction project coordination.
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and site operations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Able to work at construction sites and handle multiple projects.
