Assistant Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our property management team, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and maintenance requests.
• Utilize Enumerate software for data entry, and customer relationship management.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
