Person required to work as an Assistant Restaurant Manager assisting the current Restaurant Manager, in running a busy restaurant overseeing the daily management of the venue and staff.

Experience and skillset

• Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory/management role
• Strong attention to detail and with strong customer skills
• A positive team player who leads by example with a can do attitude
• Good communication skills

• Fast and adaptable with a willingness to learn
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to the role and love of the hospitality industry
• Uses their initiative, is enthusiastic and driven
• Good coffee knowledge and Barista skills
• Experience in stock control
• Exudes positive energy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lucan, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• supervisory: 2 years (preferred)
