We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

• Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Support financial management by tracking sales and expenses.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food preparation.
• Experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and bartending skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
