Assistant Restaurant Manager - 25 To 35 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, positive, and hard-working individual to join our leadership team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Experience is a plus, but not required — we value a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn above all else. Full training will be provided. Please note, this role will entail working on week day evenings as well as weekends, so is not suitable for those restricted to weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate the team during service
• Help with staff training, development, and performance management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ensure health, safety, and food quality standards are always met
• Step into different roles as needed, from hosting to helping on the floor
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to €15.00 per hour
