Assistant Stall Manager

We are a growing halal dim sum business in Singapore. Our newly opened stall in Yishun (Singapore) is looking for a committed and hands-on Stall Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily stall operations: food prep, service, and closing

• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards are met

• Supervise kitchen helpers/part-time staff

• Handle stock ordering, simple inventory control, and cash handling

• Prepare simple sales reports and liaise directly with the owner

• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to feedback

• Opportunity to help set up and manage new outlets in the near future
  

Job Requirements:

• Must speak Malay and basic English

• F&B or hawker experience is an advantage

• Younger candidates welcome if hardworking and responsible

• Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays & overtime during peak times

• Open to learning and growing with the company

• Respects halal food practices and cleanliness

• Able to start work on short notice
  

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary: SGD 2000/month

• Commission: Based on 1-3% above target sale
