Assistant Teacher/Floater

ABOUT US: Desert Dawn Private School is a family owned and operated preschool that has been serving the greater Phoenix area since 1987 and offers an integrated, child-centered program. Our goal is to develop the "whole" child in a balanced manner: intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, creatively, and spiritually.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our assistants are required to interact physically, emotionally and developmentally with children ages 18 months - 5 years. The assistant will work directly with experienced lead teachers, assisting with the 3's and 4's classrooms. Eligible candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday; 9am- 5pm.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should be dependable, kind, energetic, hardworking, happy, patient and LOVE children.

Eligible candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and be willing to be fingerprinted and background checked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
