Associate Creative Director

Drive innovative creative concepts from ideation to presentation, with a focus on cross-channel campaign storytelling, client-facing deck creation, and seamless brand integration for both agency and client identities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept Creation & Execution:

- Lead art direction and copy development for integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, experiential).

- Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives and messaging frameworks.

- Create mood boards, storyboards, and prototypes to pitch ideas.

2. Deck Design & Brand Architecture:

- Design and build persuasive client presentations (Keynote, PPT, Figma, Slides).

- Ensure dual-brand consistency: Apply agency branding to master templates while adapting slides for client-specific guidelines.

- Structure decks for clarity: storytelling flow, data visualization, and seamless transitions.

3. Creative Collaboration:

- Partner with internal or outsourced copywriters, designers, and strategists to unify art/copy in concepts.

- Present ideas internally and to clients, articulating creative rationale.

- Iterate rapidly based on feedback without compromising creative vision.

4. Brand Stewardship:

- Maintain rigorous brand standards for both agency and client materials.

- Audit existing assets for alignment and identify gaps in visual systems.

5. Project Leadership:

- Manage timelines, resources, and quality control for concept-to-deck deliverables.

Location:

Robinsons Cybergate Magnolia 6th floor Offices Cybergate Magnolia, Aurora Boulevard corner Dona Hemady St Bgy Kaunlaran Quezon City.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
