Associate Director Of It

• Managerial / Systems Analysis . Evaluate technologies, products and services and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external service teams to develop standards and technology improvement recommendations and proposals..
• Responsible for configuration, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of all Data Center, On Premise and cloud virtualization, server, application and storage
• Infrastructure.. Provide direction and training to engineers and analysts to facilitate projects and programs.
• Consult with staff regarding performance and operational improvements, production support and new developments
• Work with outside consultants/agencies as appropriate for independent audits
• Perform and manage troubleshooting efforts to diagnose problems

within My Wireless computing environment. . Conduct periodic systems and application risk analyses to verify the integrity of information processing facilities resources and data.

• Develop, perform, and report test

plans, implementations and procedures

• Perform cost/benefit analysis and select vendors for hardware/software needs.
• Project Management- Develop

project tracking and reporting processes.

• Plan and coordinate proiects with reporting supervisor.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting project implementation and progress.
• Manage projects and related tasks that meet cost, schedule, and resource

including the development and estimatior of constraints
those project parameters

• General Administration
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures for Advantage's computing environment
• Develop draft, facilitate, and maintain the implementation of policies

and procedures

• Formulate policies and procedures

related to computer environments (servers etc.) standards, deployment and usage
Qualifications
⁃ Hires, retrains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, develops and empowers direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources. -May monitor and of others in absence of team supervisor delegate work
Experience
⁃ Must have undergraduate studies in business, management information systems, computer science of
related field. BA or equivalent is preferred or equivalent

• PMI Certification desired but not

required.

• Over seven years experience in managing complex projects in a project manager lead role developing best practices in project
• Experience in management methodologies guiding others to

and successfully execute project management of a full project
lifecycle

• Experlence developing useful project metrics and applying those metrics
• Experience interpreting and aggregating requirements into an effective product roadmap
• Experience with multi-vendor negotiation/management skills
• Experience managing

multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Complex projectscould be defined by the following factors: o Size and

duration of project o Multiple stakeholders o External data/system dependencies

• Serves as the primary point

contact for multiple clients and stakeholders

• Abilty to coordinate efforts across multiple IT functional teams to accomplish project objectives
• Ability to select Project Management tools appropriate for the team or project
• Bulld and develop a high functioning team
• Abilitly to successfully delegate responsibilities and tasks to others
• Proven abllity to deliver clear messages, set expectations, and build relationships with all groups, even when delivering a tough message
• Demonstrated ability to provide cross-functional leadership

• Strong sense of urgency with good customerservice skills management of Unified Communications as a Service

and (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal periormance across various communication platforms.

• Experience in the design, deployment, and management of network infrastructure, SD-WAN, Wireless Access Points and security solutions for over 100 locations, ensuring robust connectivity, optimal performance, and

comprehensive security across all sites.

• Extensive experience in the administration and support of Office

365 core components, including device management and mobile device management, ensuring seamless
integration, optimal performance, and comprehensive support across platforms

• Extensive experience in advanced troubleshooting for network infrastructure, wireless coverage, and connectivity, ensuring robust and

rellable performance across all sites.

• Experience in helpdesk ticket and resolution management, including

SLA and OLA reporting to senio leadership, ensuring timely and efficient support while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150,000.00 per month
