Associate Director OperationsJob Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. The Associate Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project success through strategic planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying and implementing innovative tools and approaches to elevate performance and quality.
- Innovation Driver: Proactively seek out, evaluate, and champion the adoption of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project delivery outcomes.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or related certification is a plus.
