Associate Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are hiring an Associate Financial Analyst to support a boutique brokerage and investment advisory firm focused on the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will assist in the analysis of private, including financial modeling, data gathering, and valuation assessments. This is a remote role for a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and financial analysis on companies across the UK and Europe
• Build and maintain financial models (3-statement models, DCFs, comparables, etc.)
• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and investment memos
• Track market and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze data efficiently
• Perform company and sector benchmarking and valuation analysis
• Support due diligence processes, including data room management and information synthesis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong Excel skills — able to build and manipulate financial models
• Experience with financial statement analysis and valuation methods
• Excellent written and spoken English (reports will be submitted to UK-based teams)
• Familiarity with UK/European business environments is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with overlapping UK hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
