Associate Hr Manager

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the business and its employees
• Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and performance management
• Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborating with managers to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related issues
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
