Job Title: Associate International Logistic Coordinator
Overall Mission:
The International Logistics Specialist is responsible for organizing international shipments in line with temperature control requirements and the Group QA & EHS policies. He/she is accountable for the most appropriate transport solution in accordance with the CRYOPDP Hybrid, premium or full premium service offer and the customer's requirements : route, sustainable mode of transport (air, train, road, multimodal), transit time and cost.
Main Contribution:
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with local regulations and government
- Communicate daily with affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs) to provide logistics services.
- Manage import/export documentation (commercial invoices, AES filing, customs clearance, etc.).
- Request airline bookings (UPS,SOV & DHL) and coordinate pickup/delivery of shipments worldwide.
- Maintain and update consignment notes and shipping files in the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Monitor shipment progress, update milestones in TMS, and liaise with vendors on costs and routing options.
- Work with Group Supply Chain to recognize and manage Total Cost of Procurement (TCP) and Total Cost of Value (TCV).
Customer & Service Management
- Ensure efficient handling of customer complaints and queries with the Control Tower Quality Manager.
- Provide prompt responses to internal and external customers.
- Promote CRYOPDP’s unique service features to increase customer dependency.
Performance KPIs
- On-time-in-full (OTIF) service performance percentage.
- Number of temperature deviations in shipments.
- Number of airline and transit delays.
- Number of CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Actions).
- Customer and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Specificity on the job : The work schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Start times vary. Work hours
may be required to work overtime, holidays or weekends.
- Must be available at all times and shifts to respond to emergencies as a first responder. Standard shift is
occasional out of hours cover

Specific Experience & Knowledge Required
- Compliant with GDP, HMRC, MHRA, IATA, CAA guidelines.
- Knowledge in dangerous goods regulations, passenger and cargo airlines.
- Import / Export license and demonstrate experience with Controlled Drugs.
- US Customs regulations compliance
- Commercial acumen (customers/performance profitability )
