Associate It Business Analyst – Dlt Data Structures

We are seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and data structure types. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, focusing on designing, analyzing, and documenting data models for blockchain and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into DLT data structure specifications.
• Design and document data models for blockchain platforms, including blocks, transactions, Merkle trees, smart contract data structures, and distributed state models.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure data structures align with system performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Validate data integrity, consistency, and interoperability across distributed systems.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, and user stories.
• Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of DLT-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Knowledge of DLT concepts, blockchain architecture, and data structure types (e.g., linked lists, hash tables, trees, graphs).
• Experience with business analysis tools and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or programming concepts is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
