Introduction:
Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand in Philippines market? Trip.com is a rapidly growing OTA (online travel agency) and we are looking for a dynamic team member to drive our Philippines’s marketing efforts.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Define and execute marketing strategy for Philippines
  • Operation duty for CRM, Social media channel maintenance and SEO content writing
  • Provide regional market intelligence to reporting office in Thailand to influence global product and marketing direction.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional Tourism Boards, airlines, hotels, influencers and other business development partners for joint promotions.
  • Work closely with Trip’s global offices to collaborate on marketing or merchandising campaigns
  • Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with HQ legal, HR, and admin functions.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • 3+ years of working experience, with 1-2 years in travel industry in local region; managerial experience a plus
  • Excellent ability in verbal and written English. Chinese is a plus point.
  • Can-do attitude and willing to learn new OTA global strategies
  • Network with Tourism Boards, airlines, affiliate partners and travel influencers will be preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel and preferably an analytics tool such as Tableau
  • Familiar with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences
  • Willing to travel when required.
