Associate Sales Coordinator - Night Shift

An Associate Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting diverse business areas, including Life Sciences, Molecular Diagnostics, and other related support functions with the many operational tasks associated with the company’s sales environment. You will collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to fulfill the Quote-To-Order cycle as needed. You will work on CRM data management focusing on account and contact records. You will ensure completion of other administrative tasks such as fulfillment of documents, and inquiry management. You will correspond with Sales Teams to ensure alignment on process updates within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Align with Sales to perform quote generation in SFDC then coordinate accordingly with internal teams e.g. Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Finance to fulfill order completion or other requirements.
  • Preparation and input of data in or from CRM, or other document format.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and relay information to Sales/stakeholder requirements.
  • Act as interim support within the team as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in Sales Team calls to ensure alignment with processes and updates.
  • Report and implement changes in processes.
  • Support the Local Event Management Department and Marketing Activities.
  • Arrange documents and other payment requirements supporting Sales Teams attending vendor shows as needed.
  • Create reports and price lists tailored to the client.
  • Assist in investigating escalations and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field
  • Prior sales support or coordination experience in a high-activity sales environment is preferred
  • 1 – 3 years professional work experience is strongly preferred
  • Salesforce.com and SAP experience is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while under the guidance of a manager.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to complex processes according to general specifications and individual objectives.
  • Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills in the English language.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented

Must be amenable to work:

  • Onsite for the first 3-6 months
  • Must be willing to work on NA (nightshift) schedule
  • Office location: 12F Cyber Sigma Bldg. Old Lawton Ave., McKinley West, Taguig City, Philippines
