Atlassian Cloud Business System Analyst

Key Technical Skills:

• Atlassian Product Expertise:

o Understanding workflows & business processes for Data Center and Cloud
o Previous experience as Atlassian Data Center / Cloud Business System Analyst and Administrator
o Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud customizations, automations and integrations
o Experience with Atlassian Cloud data migrations
o Experience in creating requirements documents and support guides for Atlassian Cloud integration and transition
o Atlassian Data Center / Cloud related certifications - preferred

• Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile)
• Proficiency in Groovy, Python - preferred
• Understanding of REST API's
• Knowledge of database analysis, SQL skills, reporting including PowerBI or Tableau
• Hands on role, within the platform, plus help with analysis and documentation etc.

BSA Skills

• Requirements Management – ability to elicit, document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies – Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
• Process Mapping and Analysis – Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• System Analysis – Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
• Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
• Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.
