At&T Client Services Assistant

We are a performance-driven event sales agency in Independence, and are seeking an AT&T Client Services Assistant to join our team. We partner with AT&T’s wireless division to execute high-impact retail and event-based solutions that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and market growth.

We are currently seeking a sharp, customer-focused professional to represent AT&T inside our retail partners. As the AT&T Client Services Assistant, you will serve as the face of the brand - using consultative skills to determine need, guiding customers through device selection, and securing activations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Client Services Assistant:

  • Welcome shoppers into the store, creating a friendly first impression and guiding them toward the latest smartphones and wireless solutions.
  • Engage customers in personalized conversations to uncover mobile needs and match them with AT&T’s best wireless plans and devices.
  • Conduct quick account reviews to identify opportunities for upgrades, unlimited data plans, and 5G‑ready accessories.
  • Highlight wearable and accessory options that complement AT&T’s wireless solutions, boosting customer satisfaction.
  • Represent AT&T with professionalism, fostering loyalty through transparent guidance and reliable in‑store support.
  • Partner with Retail Management to monitor customer feedback and ensure our campaigns are adhering to company compliance policies.

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Client Services Assistant:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Background in customer‑facing roles in sales or retail is a plus.
  • Brings steady energy and discipline to learning new phones, tools, and in‑store systems.
  • Quick learner who adapts to new promotions, product releases, and retail workflows.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced store environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
