The AT&T Customer Representative role is designed for people who are competitive, curious, and ready to build a career in business-to-business sales while working directly with globally recognized telecommunications providers like AT&T.

As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll operate on the front lines of our growth strategy. You’ll meet business decision-makers face-to-face, introduce cutting-edge connectivity solutions, and help companies choose services that improve how they operate. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where communication skills, confidence, and follow-through make the difference. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative:

  • Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers to present internet and connectivity solutions
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a professional, consultative manner
  • Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and understanding operational challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Track interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
  • Consistently work toward and exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts

Desired Skills & Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Representative

  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,892.86 - $55,268.82 per year

Work Location: In person
