Join Milwaukee Sales as we support the expansion of AT&T Fiber. As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll help provide customers with clear information about available services and assist with day-to-day account support. The role focuses on communication, organization, and helping ensure customers have a smooth experience.

As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll receive hands-on training to learn basic processes related to customer support, account updates, and communication tools used by the team. You’ll work in the Milwaukee area and support the team by helping maintain accurate information and assisting with customer follow-ups when needed.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member

• Help with day-to-day communication related to customer accounts
• Assist with outreach efforts to share basic service information and updates
• Learn and follow established processes for account handling and documentation
• Keep clear and accurate notes on customer interactions and updates
• Support team members during customer visits and scheduled reviews
• Represent Milwaukee Sales professionally in all interactions

Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or office support is a plus
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
• Comfortable working in different environments and adjusting to daily tasks
• Able to use basic tools and systems to support account updates and communication

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
