Better Hearing is a locally owned, community-focused audiology practice serving Wenatchee and the surrounding areas. We help people live fuller, more connected lives through better hearing—and we’re growing. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Audiologist who wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, collaborative environment.

About the Role

We’re seeking an Audiologist who loves patient care, values long-term relationships, and is committed to evidence-based best practices. You’ll work with a tight-knit team focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences—from comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to ongoing hearing aid care and counseling.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complete diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults
• Recommend individualized treatment plans, including hearing aids and assistive technology
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements (REM)
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up care, counseling, and support
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with our front office and Better Hearing team for seamless patient care
• Educate patients and families on hearing health, device care, and long-term treatment options
• Support community outreach, patient education events, and local partnerships when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s in Audiology
• Washington State Audiology License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care
• Experience with hearing aid fitting, counseling, and verification
• Professional, friendly, and empathetic communicator
• Team-oriented with a drive to continuously learn and improve
