Audit Assistant

TITLE: AUDIT ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accountancy and accounting-related courses;
• A Master’s Degree is a plus but not a requirement;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related auditing position;
• Willing to travel;
• Must be in good physical condition.

MAIN FUNCTION: Responsible for the timely executions of risk-based internal audits and related projects, as assigned, to determine adequacy of internal control, mitigation of risks, effectiveness and efficiency of operating processes, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help plan, prepare and coordinate quarterly Audit Committee meetings and materials for submission;
• Review IA documentation for accuracy;
• Provide significant help and support to the Internal Audit Head on timely audits;
• Strictly follow audit assignments based on work plan established;
• Provide updates to Internal Audit Head about audit findings on regular basis;
• Develop audit reports including results, conclusions and recommendations on the audit conducted;
• Detect internal control deficiencies and recommend necessary corrective measures;
• Follow up previous deficiencies noted and ensure corrective actions form the management;
• Compile audit evidences and working papers for future references;
• Address queries and complaints on audit related activity in timely manner;
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Internal Audit Head and the Audit Committee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,730.00 - Php17,200.00 per month
