• Pay: Starting wage is $30 an hour, with certified techs making up to $55 an hour
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AUTO TECHNICIAN

• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance services to ensure vehicles are road-ready.
• Conduct thorough MTO safety inspections to ensure compliance.
• Test drive vehicles to identify issues and confirm successful repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical problems accurately and efficiently.
• Determine required repairs and develop appropriate service plans.
• Follow technical manuals and specifications to perform precise repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with precision.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs clearly.
• Arrive prepared with tools and expertise to handle daily automotive challenges.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A valid driver's license
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge about vehicle maintenance and repair
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to make accurate repairs
• Communication and customer service skills
• 310s Automotive Service Technician certificate to be considered a certified automotive tech
• Experience with electrical diagnosis is also preferred
