The Role

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals ready to make serious money in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll be working off high-quality leads, helping customers find the right vehicle and financing solution no cold calling, no door-knocking, just real opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Engage and close qualified leads daily (phone + in-person)
• Help customers secure approvals and find their next vehicle
• Deliver a smooth, friendly buying experience
• Work closely with management to crush monthly goals
• Represent Autobon’s brand with confidence and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone and communication skills — no fear of the phone
• Experience in sales, call centre, or customer service an asset
• Spanish or Tagalog language skills are a major advantage
• Positive, energetic, and competitive mindset
• Reliable, driven, and eager to grow with a winning team
