Your role…

• Guide & lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in-person, or phone with support from our Sales Management
• Understand and implement the Dealership’s CRM Software
• Present and demonstrate inventory both in-person and virtually through video
• Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicles
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification

The requirements

• Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal but not required
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
