Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress from initial contact through to final sale.
- Provide high-end sales experiences by understanding luxury vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software for inventory management and sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
- Demonstrate strong public speaking skills during presentations or product demonstrations.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field such as retail sales or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette for outbound sales calls.
- Ability to upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate pricing and financial discussions.
