Automotive Sales Manager

We are a growing auto group looking to offer a tremendous opportunity to an energetic team player for our Central Florida dealership. Great compensation & bonus potential! Our Sales Managers ensure high vehicle sales by assisting in negotiating deals, closing customer transactions, and motivating sales personnel.

Position is for lead sales manager with potential for future promotion to General Sales Manager.

Duties:

• Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads.
• Provide pricing structure for retail deals based on current incentives.
• Maintain sales log, and monitor daily activity of sales teams.
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on unit volume and monthly turn.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly traffic and sales goals.
• Assure high customer satisfaction scores.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
