Full Job Description

Arvid’s Automotive Repairs has been established in the Fraser Valley for 45 years, we are seeking a Service Advisor with a minimum one year experience in Automotive Industry. Previous experience on the service counter in an automotive repair facility is required. If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience and are a motivated, team-oriented individual, this position is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow-up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Previous service advisor experience

• Clean driver's abstract

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
