Automotive Service Advisor

Kieu Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team!

Duties:

-Greet customers and ascertain their service needs

- Schedule service appointments

- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle diagnosis and recommended services

- Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs in a timely manner

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work

- Maintain customer records and vehicle history

- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate

- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience in an automotive service environment

- Sales acumen for upselling services

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of automotive repair processes

- Mechanical understanding to explain technical information to customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
