Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a automotive service advisor, with a good communication skills, written and oral.

Advise customers on repairs required, maintenance due and provide an estimate.
Handle customer inquiries and issues
Familiar with the Tires Sizes, Rims
Familiar with the Labor guide
Exceptional Customer Service
Follow-up progress reporting
Team player and well organized
Additional duties as required
Must possess a driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scarborough, ON M1P 2N9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
