Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor at Classic Kia of Carrollton, you will be the key liaison between our customers and the service department. Your primary role will be to ensure our customers receive excellent service, guiding them through the vehicle repair and maintenance process, providing clear communication, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues and communicate them clearly to the service technicians.
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs, maintenance, and services.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles and provide updates on necessary repairs or services.
• Review service history, suggest appropriate maintenance, and sell additional services when applicable.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing follow-up communication after services are completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service/automotive role strongly preferred.
• Previous CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Proficiency in automotive service software systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
