Position Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Eurasian Service Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service by addressing their automotive concerns, recommending appropriate services, and delivering accurate information. Your attention to detail, administrative expertise, and ability to work independently will contribute significantly to the overall success of our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and questions.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, ensuring all relevant details are documented accurately.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations, providing transparent pricing and estimated timelines.

• Service Coordination and Administration: Schedule service appointments efficiently, maximizing the productivity of the service department.

Prepare and maintain detailed service records for each customer, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Demonstrate the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns independently, seeking guidance when necessary. Along with the ability to take direction, feedback, and instruction from management while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Upselling and Customer Retention: Suggest additional services and products that align with customers' needs and promote long-term vehicle maintenance.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to take direction, follow established procedures, and work collaboratively with management to achieve team goals.
• Strong administrative abilities, including proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure while providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and service department staff.
• A genuine passion for automobiles and a commitment to staying informed about the latest automotive trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
