Automotive Service Advisor

Waterloo Kia is growing and proudly serving more customers across the Waterloo Region than ever before. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and our factory-trained technicians—ensuring every vehicle is serviced efficiently, accurately, and with care.

Your Role

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with professionalism and care
• Listen to and accurately document customer concerns on repair orders
• Recommend required maintenance and repairs, and identify additional service opportunities
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure vehicles are diagnosed and repaired properly
• Provide timely updates to customers on vehicle status and service timelines
• Ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time by maintaining clear and accurate documentation
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience

What You Bring

• Automotive dealership or retail aftermarket experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to recommend and sell service work with confidence and integrity
• A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
