What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for customers after their purchase—answering questions, assisting with maintenance inquiries, booking service appointments, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
- Assist in the pre-sale process by helping customers understand our EV lineup, explaining features, warranties, and answering questions about ownership experience.
- Support customers during vehicle release, making sure the handover is smooth, professional, and welcoming.
- Create a 5-star ownership journey by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Greet customers and manage the service intake process from appointment to vehicle return
- Prepare accurate service estimates and explain repair recommendations to customers in clear, non-technical language
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize workshop capacity
- Process warranty claims and coordinate with Wuling's warranty department
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in the dealership management system
- Collaborate with mechanics to communicate repair timelines and any changes in scope
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Min 2 years of experience in Automobile Customer Service or Service Advisor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you make people feel heard and taken care of.
- Highly organized and dependable—you don’t let any customer fall through the cracks.
- Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and solution-oriented.
- A natural team player who can coordinate between sales, service, and delivery teams.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (enough to explain service needs to customers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Computer literate - comfortable with scheduling software and basic office applications
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
