Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your exceptional customer service skills and adept selling abilities. Your expertise will directly influence the volume of our service business. We offer competitive compensation ranging from 100,000 to $150,000+ annually, based on your experience, along with enticing monthly bonus opportunities tied to your outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers on routine maintenance services.
• Identify mechanical issues through comprehensive customer interviews.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss inspection results, recommend necessary procedures, and prepare detailed work orders for repairs.
• Clearly outline repair order details, including time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Facilitate communication between customers and technicians by describing customer concerns on repair orders.
• Explain performed work and associated charges to customers.
• Obtain and organize customer and vehicle data, referring to service history for additional insights.
• Offer guidance on proper vehicle care and maintenance in line with manufacturers' specifications.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Preferred experience with DealerTrack.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proven record of positive customer service satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
