About the role
The position is primarily responsible for Training and Compliance for Aviation Protection Officers and Security Services. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of training for internal employees at Melbourne Airport
- Evaluating the effectiveness of proposed learning and development initiatives in meeting business objectives, enhancing capabilities, and addressing individual needs.
- Ensuring the prompt preparation and submission of training and assessment documentation.
- Making sure all training is delivered in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organization's.
Skills & experience:
- Security Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- ASIC
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- Previous experience in Training and Compliance within the Aviation/Security Services Industry
