We’re growing fast and need an Appointment Setter to help us connect with more decision-makers and book high-quality discovery calls.
What You'll Do
- Send outbound messages via LinkedIn and email to connect with prospective clients
- Personalize outreach using scripts, templates, and client research
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive replies and bookings
- Qualify prospects and assess if they're a good fit for our EA service
- Book discovery calls directly into the founder's or sales team’s calendar
- Keep track of leads and progress in a simple CRM or tracking system
- Share weekly performance updates and learnings with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and professional tone
- 3+ year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email tools (like Instantly or Lemlist)
- Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and human
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Results-oriented — you love hitting (and beating!) your targets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
