Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is looking for a B2B DISPUTE TEAM LEAD - HYBRID WORK SET-UP

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in dispute resolution, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Team Lead experience
  • Report management skills

Job Description:

  • Supports B2B Dispute Manager
  • Leads the investigation and resolution of payment network disputes, including chargebacks, charge slips, and other retrieval requests.
  • Provides support to analyze transaction data, identifies trends, and gathers evidence to support dispute and resolution efforts.
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and partners, if applicable
  • Able to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Identifies and escalates potential fraud or risk issues.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to improve payment processes and prevent future disputes.
  • Provides exceptional partner/customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Contributes to team goals and initiatives

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
