Your Role:
In this role, you’ll bring strategic vision to life with hands-on execution, creating and nurturing demand for our B2B initiatives. This position requires a data-focused, resilient individual who’s unafraid to experiment, iterate, and adjust to challenges along the way. You’ll be a key part of our journey to enhance Springpod’s B2B brand and build a targeted, efficient demand generation campaigns from the ground up.
How You’ll Contribute:
Think Strategic and Execute Tactically – You’ll ideate and implement demand generation strategies, while staying actively involved in daily campaign execution. We have high expectations and challenging goals, and marketing has a vital role in driving quality ICP leads for our sales pipeline.
Data-Driven Decision-Making – Harness data insights to measure, optimise, and refine campaign performance. You’ll dig deep into metrics to steer decisions and adjust strategies to align with our goals.
Embrace Change – Our B2B journey is just beginning, and with that comes the need for adaptability. You’ll champion new tactics and influence our approach as we build this function within a fast-evolving market.
Influence Data and CRM Decisions – Bring your understanding of data collection, segmentation, and CRM strategy to ensure our campaigns and GTM approach reach the right audiences with precision.
Best Practice and a Growth Mindset – Balance innovative thinking with best practices, influencing behaviours and ways of working to drive results.
What You’ll Work On:
Event Program – Oversee our event programme, including developing and launching our new 'Impact Hour' Social Impact webinar series.
B2B Content Engine and Website – Build a content engine and website that truly reflects Springpod’s mission, delivering value to our partners and supporting a stronger BD journey.
360 Campaigns – Create targeted multi-channel campaigns that promote our purpose, engaging audiences through email marketing, in-person events, webinars, and more.
