ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a B2B Marketing Manager to own and execute our global B2B marketing efforts—from media relations and PR campaigns to partner acquisition funnels and LinkedIn thought leadership. You’ll drive visibility, generate qualified leads, and position EDGE Tutor as the top choice for education outsourcing and global tutoring solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead B2B Brand Strategy: Define and execute our B2B marketing roadmap across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Own Media & PR: Build media relationships and secure placements in relevant education, tech, and outsourcing outlets (local + international).
  • Drive Partner Acquisition: Collaborate with Partnerships team to generate qualified inbound leads through campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
  • Manage LinkedIn Presence: Oversee organic and paid content across key executive and company pages. Develop case studies and thought leadership.
  • Run Award Submissions: Spearhead applications to global awards and recognitions to boost EDGE’s brand equity.
  • Develop Collateral: Oversee production of decks, one-pagers, impact reports, and multimedia materials for sales enablement and public visibility.
  • Measure What Matters: Track performance across PR reach, lead quality, campaign ROI, and engagement to continuously refine strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, education, or outsourcing industries
  • At least 2 years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in PR/media relations and getting earned placements
  • Solid grasp of LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and sales conversion funnels
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills—able to synthesize impact into compelling narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and senior executives
  • Comfortable in startup or fast-paced environments; thrives on ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Apollo, Mailchimp, and AI workflow automations is an advantage.

WORK SET-UP AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Schedule: May require flexible hours, but with a focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) or 8GB RAM or higher
  • Internet Connection: Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Alternative power source: Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
