The Role
We are looking for a hungry and driven B2B Sales Executive to champion our products across Singapore. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for hunting new business and building lasting relationships with independent pet retail channels, professional pet care facilities, veterinary networks and other pet-related businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients across independent retail, grooming, and veterinary channels through cold-calling, field visits, and networking.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing partners, manage their inventory needs, and ensure consistent re-ordering of pet foods, premium grooming essentials, and maintenance lines.
- Product Advocacy: Educate retail partners and clinic staff on the benefits of our natural, health-focused, organic and sustainable product lines.
- Market Intelligence: Gather on-the-ground feedback regarding competitor pricing, market trends, and new product opportunities.
- Sales Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining strict sales tracking hygiene, promptly logging all field visits, calls, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in the pet, FMCG, or distribution industry is a massive plus).
- A genuine love for animals and an interest in pet wellness is a must. Owning a pet is a massive plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to pitch to key decision-makers, retail procurement, and trade professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to build rapport with a diverse mix of local independent retailers and international trade professionals.
- Self-motivated and comfortable spending the majority of the week on the road, possessing the discipline to manage your own schedule and administrative reporting.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driver’s license is a strong plus, though not strictly required.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
