McCall Family Sitters is actively expanding our Lakewood sitter network.

We are currently accepting applications for babysitters to join McCall Match - our live matching platform that connects sitters directly with families booking childcare in their area.

This is not one single job.

This is access to ongoing booking opportunities including:

• Recurring weekly placements
• Date nights
• Backup care
• Full-day bookings
• Church and event childcare

Pay ranges from $18–$40 per hour depending on:

• Number of children
• Driving required
• Special needs care
• Length of booking
• Duties involved

How McCall Match Works:

• Apply through our website
• Complete onboarding and background check
• Create your sitter profile
• Receive booking requests inside your sitter dashboard
• Accept jobs that fit your availability

You choose which bookings to accept.

Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Childcare experience
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
• Pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and dependable
