Bakery Assistant

Cinnamood is an international cinnamon roll brand known for freshly baked treats, high quality ingredients and unforgettable flavours. We are opening a new location in Dublin and are building an energetic team who want to create amazing customer experiences from the very first bite.

We are looking for motivated Bakers & Store Team Members to join our opening team.

You will help prepare and bake fresh cinnamon rolls daily, support customer service, and ensure the shop is ready to welcome customers when doors open.

Early mornings are essential for this role. Applicants with early morning availability will be prioritised.

Typical start times between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and glaze cinnamon rolls following Cinnamood recipes
• Maintain bakery equipment and cleanliness to high hygiene standards
• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service
• Restock and prepare ingredients for the next day
• Work as part of a supportive and positive team

Requirements

• Early morning availability is required
• Previous baking or hospitality experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and reliability

Pay: From €15.50 per hour
