Main Purpose of the Job

• Grow GI Business in Banca Channel

Duties & Responsibilities

• Activate Metrobank and Psbank Branches
• Regular engagement with bank officers and AXA FE and FS
• Joint Field work with Bank Officers and AXA FE and FS in the area
• Achieve target Renewal Persistency
• Prepare Sales Reports
• Proper Pipeline Monitoring

• Metrobank Branches and FEs
• Psbank Branches and FSs

Education & Experience

• Preferably with 1 year experience working in the GI industry, particularly handling Sales and Marketing Activities
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation
• Good Sales and Marketing skills
• Can work independently and under pressure
