Turf Valley Resort is looking for one AM & one PM Banquet Bartender.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance
- Set up bar area
- Restock bar with glassware
- Process all transactions
- Maintain accurate money drawer
- Maintain proper security of money and liquor at all times
- Help on main floor as necessary
- Clean bar area (wipe down liquor bottles, shelves and drains)
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Re-set bar supplies
Physical Demands:
- Lift and Carry Full and Empty Glass Rack Weighing Approx. 10-15 lbs.
- Stand for 4-8 Hours Per Shift
- Reach Above Head for Glasses
- Twist Caps off Bottles
- Memorize Numerous Drinks
- Work Under Pressure from Servers and Customers
- Hazards Include, but are Not Limited to: Cuts, Slipping, Tripping, Falls and Burns
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience
